  • All orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
    • For customised or handmade products, additional processing time may be required. Details will be provided during checkout or in the product description.
  • Delays:
    • If processing takes longer than usual, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

    • We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery.
    • The available options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Taxes are included in the price of the product unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have restrictions due to local laws or courier policies. We will notify you if we cannot ship a particular item to your location.
  • Tribal Glam is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@tribalglam.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Delayed Packages:
    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tribal Glam is not liable for delays caused by couriers.
  • Damaged Packages:
    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs and video of the damaged package and item(s) for us to resolve the issue.

9. Changes to Your Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at admin@tribalglam.com before your order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

10. Returns and Refunds
