1. Returns
We accept product returns under the following conditions:

- The product must be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- A proper video recording of the unboxing process must be provided as proof.

- Returns are acceptable within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Cost:
- Returns for faulty products are free of charge. Tribal Glam will bear the return shipping costs for eligible returns.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return eligibility criteria:

- A product is deemed faulty or damaged during transit and is verified through the provided unboxing video.

- Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases:
- Products without proof of damage during unpacking.
- Products returned without a valid unboxing video.
- Change-of-mind returns or products used/worn after delivery.
3. Exchanges
If the product does not meet the return criteria but you wish to exchange it, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Products can be exchanged for the same or similar item of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers will bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us and receiving the replacement product.

Exchange Process:
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at admin@tribalglam.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Unboxing video (for returns)
- Description of the issue
- Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team if approved.
5. Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
